I found the Tao of Programming via Forever Geek. It is a really good read if you are not distracted by the new ageish slant.
I would love to quote some of the nuggets but I don't know where to start, however, since I have had a lousy week so far, I will leave you with this one: "You can demonstrate a program for a corporate executive, but you can't make him computer literate." and this one: "Let the programmers be many and the managers few - then all will be productive."
