Longhorn Wishes

• Longhorn wish #10: Don't hide extension for known file types!
• Longhorn wish #11: Product deactivation in Longhorn.
• Longhorn wish #12: Allow patching of "pirated" copies

The Register leaks some Longhorn Pictures which another blogger over at Longhorn calls FUD.

And Microsoft makes Longhorn pre-beta 1 available for a small fee.

Meanwhile, Mark Pilgrim shows off Panther and Todd Dominey shows off the G5.

I have never given Apple Technologies more than a passing thought in the past but now I really hope the playing field is levelled by the time Longhorn is finally released.
